Have you changed any other medication. Clopi doesnt get along with some other medication, particularly cardiac related stuff. Like you, i have been on clopi for 4 years. and the only effect is that my migraines stopped !

I ceased clopi for two weeks before my heart op and the migraines returned immediately.

I am still ok with Clopiit. Three years ago I did a proper trial, stopping Clopi for five weeks (taking low dose aspirin in its place)then trying it out for another five weeks. No impact at all.

I know of some people who didnt get along with it and have taken warfarin in lieu.

I had a stroke in late 2016. Suffered bad fatigue (very common for stroke survivors). I read that Clopidogrel could be a cause. So I stopped Clopidogrel and in its place took the special low dose aspirin. After five weeks of aspirin I went back to Clopidogrel. Throughout the ten weeks I kept careful note of the fatigue. There was no change, so I concluded that Clopidogrel was not the underlying problem of my fatigue.

I should mention that stroke fatigue was very easy to monitor. I could be active for 45 minutes then the fatigue prevented any activity for at least a half hour.

A year or so later my stroke fatigue changed in nature. I got very tired quite quickly and a half hour rest no longer revived. I didnt realize that I had stenosis. Urgent valve replacement required, which had in May 2020. Hence I now use the BHF forum.

I was given Aspirin 75mg after my stent fitted Jan 2019, this year my GP changed me onto these tablets, they gave me upset stomach most days with much of that I’m in the Loo, back on aspirin again.

I have been on Clopidogrel for just over four years, never felt dizzy.

I was thoroughly ill on 75mg of Aspirin, was in hospital with a haemaglobin of 8 and Lymphocytic Colititis, so I remained on Clopidogrel since.

My dizziness was put down to Ramapril. Not Clopidigrol. Interesting
