So I’m back at work, on ridiculously short hours. Finally starting to feel normal, making poor taste jokes by clutching my chest if someone says anything slightly controversial. My boss told me today I looked loads better. What did I look like before? Bloody ill was his reply!
I jogged the best part of a mile last night. Walked 1/2 a mile each side as a warm up. Felt brilliant and am not walking too strangely today (well, unless I’m looking for attention)
And like Sunnie, it’s my birthday today, so I keep going to the front door in case the delivery van can’t make the bell work (wouldn’t want to miss all your lovely presents)
I’ve had my first ‘fallen beneath the cracks’ experience today, had to chase my follow up appointment. Although I am actually delighted because I’ve clearly moved from the ‘walking dead’ pile of notes to the ‘let’s get shot of her, she’s a nightmare’ pile.
I’ve heard gin and Prosecco is a thing.

Happy Birthday, hope you have a great day. I too have been waiting for the delivery van, mine was on the 10th, anniversary 28th, did get a delivery though, 3 months of medication in two carrier bags, such is life. Take care.
