Had a review today with results from recent Stress MRI EF has remained at 43% in the last 3 years I have moved from 27% to 35% to 43% now for consecutive years at 43% MRI so for me great result.

Cardiologist has said stop Furosemide ( 40mg } Stop Isosorbide ( 25mg ) and when Blood Pressure comes up from 90/60 increase Entresto to maximum . He also said Pacemaker not now because my heart is pacing pretty well, but not ruled out for the future !

See you in a years time for a further revue thanks pal. I do like my Cardiologist and I have built up a trust in him.. He has sent a letter to my Heart failure Nurse to monitor me up to maximum dose of Entresto in his words the only thing that will continue to help you with Heart failure. I have done all I can with re vasculistion Take Care a great Cardiologist

That's great news. Can I ask why you were on isobard? My husband is on that for unstable angina & the cardiologist wants to reduce the dosage in the hope this will increase his BP which in turn, hopefully, will enable them to increase his other medication with the aim being to try and get him on Entresto.

Hi I was on Isosorbide for Angina, but since Stents to LDA I have felt so much better and never used GTN spray so in his words lets just see that you don't need it anymore
