Lowering BP Naturally
Hello
I also take a medication Valsartan but it is with Sacubitril trade name Entresco is that what you take ??
Mine is as part of treatment for Heart Failure rather than Lowering B P hope that helps a little .
Hi Prada, Believe Valsartan is used for heart failure and blood pressure. Like most people I take a few others as well Atorvastatin, Bisoprolol, Clopidrogel, Lansoprazole, Gliclazide and Metformin. The list seems to grow and that was why I was exploring the idea of trying to find a 'natural' way to help to bring the Bp down to a more maneagable level. Some interesting clips on utube of course, but one needs to be a little careful of all the claims made. With that in mind I have started to loose weight, exercising more [not a lot though], I am a veggie so that helps, dont smoke nor drink [ bit of a bore really lol]. The results so far and this is only my second week are very encouraging but I have not been under any stress which of course makes a great difference. 2 days ago it was down to 133/77, yesterday it was down to 123/125 and this morning it came in at 118/63 with a HB of 60. Not sure why the last few days have been so good but I think it does show that there may be some way of stabilizing the Bp at a more acceptable level, hence my original query has any one any experiences or books they can recommend. I may add that I am aged 74, not working so stress from work is not a problem, plus we live in a very quiet village so many problems present in the outside world pass us by. My apologies for the length of my reply and I hope as it has not bored you to much...
