Hello

Lcx means left circumflex and in the Lcx they have found mild (plaque) irregularities plus moderate 40-60% plaque and RCA means right coronary artery and in this one they have found 70-80% plaque (prox) means proximally which means towards the beginning of.... I’m sorry but I don’t know what PDA means.... Was this found during a CT Angiogram or an invasive one? If it was the former then I’m assuming they will book you in for an invasive angiogram to have another look with a view to possible stent work... if it was the latter then they should of been able to tell you why they couldn’t stent it at the time.... usually that’s because they would prefer to do a bypass instead. I hope this helps

PDA

Posterior descending artery

The recent findings of the Ischemia trial published last year indicated that invasive interventiond such as stents or Coronary artery bypass graphing surgery are not the only option.

Treatment from medication can be just as effective.

I suggest that the best option for wragg is to discuss their report with their Cardiology team so they can make a shared decision about what is the appropriate treatment for them as an individual.
