on the 13/10/18 i have an HA with 1 stent so far i come back on my fitness still a bit confuse mentally So anyway

I'm taking part in MyMarathon and running 26.2 miles throughout May to raise money for the British Heart Foundation's life saving heart research. It's not going to be easy, and there's going to be times I don't want to get my running shoes on, but that's where your help comes in. Your donations will keep me going come rain or shine.
