Fearful that nothing is found

I am due to have a nuclear perfusion scan on Friday ... as strange as it sounds I am quite fearful that nothing is found ... I had two stents fitted in 2017 and another Jan 2019 ... but throughout this time all tests ever done where always clear ?? yet I have had to have stents ?? Does anyone else had this problem at all .... Obviously I must have had issues as they would never have put stents in , but why is this never picked up through the many many tests I have had done ??
