I had heart attack in January 2019 The reason was contraction of artillery vain , no deposition of plaques into artillery vain .what madication I should take to avoid such contraction no deposition of plaques to avoid heart attack in future??

Hello and welcome to the forum! Drugs depend very much on the individual diagnosis but you could be given an anti-anginal like isosorbide mononitrate to help keep the arteries open. Any issues with BP and cholesterol would also be treated.

For self help definitely no smoking, limit coffee intake, no recreational drugs and get your GP's OK for any self prescribed medications and supplements.

I hope you got your meds sorted . The cardiologist at the hospital should have given you the necesssary medication with a follow up with your GP.
