Hi, im asking this on behalf of ny partner. He had a cardioversion on 5th Nov and it was a success. 😊. Hes on apixaban blood thinner, bisoprol beta blockers, ramipril 1 25 every night, statins, and blood presssure tablets. Hes started getting dark red circular marks on his arms and near his wrist. They aren't itchy or anything. Has anyone experienced anything like these please? Any info welcome. He's at clinic in a few wks so we'll ask then but in the meantime thought I'd ask. Thanks.

Probably knocking himself without realising it, fairly common.

I also have small red spots various sizes about a dozen on my chest I believe it is apixiban that causes them ...not itchy as you say ...appeared several months after starting apixiban...ooo what lovely medication we take ....
