I have Green Tea every morning as a kick-start. Don't let it brew too long (follow the instructions) and don't drink it at night, it could keep you awake. Green Tea is supposed to be good for you but I haven't seen any proof of it being good for heart disease, mainly cancers.

I know someone I their nineties that swears by dandelion tea for fluid retention. Probably healthier than a diuretic for him.

I tend to drink breakfast tea and Waitrose Columbian Blend coffee with just a dash of skimmed. No fan of the other teas myself - do not like the taste.
