Hi,i was wondering if anyone can tell me if vascular disease can run in the family?as my dad died of the disease reasently and i was told that my dads mother also died of vascular disease.so shoud i go see my doctor for test? Thank you

Hello and welcome to the forum! Much depends on their diet and age of death. As a minimum you should have BP and cholesterol checked. Need to dash as been waiting in OP for hours!

It is a good idea to get checked out for anything that appears to perhaps be a family trait. BTW, there are a number of medical conditions that fall under the title of "vascular disease"
