Hi when i had my stroke lost movement in my right arm had physio helped but now i cant lift it above my head the pain is too much at the top of my arm anyone else suffer this ?

You need to see your GP. If you were able to lift it post-stroke it may be something like a trapped nerve. You cannot diagnose it on the net!

yes please make sure to get checked by either a doctor or a+e if nothing is found then contact the stroke association they can send out a nurse to make a full assessment.

Hi mabe it is a frozen shoulder, I got one after my icd was fitted, it was really painful I could not lift my arm, or move it much at all, physio and cortisol injections helped a lot, mabe worth asking your gp for a referral, take care char xx
