Occasional breathlessness

HI all. Hope everyone is okay. Just a quick one. I had a double bypass 5 months ago and am finding that occasionally I feel quite breathless. I am not necessarily exerting myself, just walking the stairs or maybe light hoovering. Should I be alarmed? Also, I find that I am getting twinges in left side of chest, feels a bit like trapped wind, which comes and goes. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced these symptoms and perhaps could shed some light. Take care all
