I had a heart attack in 2011 which resulted in a stent being fitted but I was then diagnosed with unstable angina , which is getting pretty difficult lately, and had a really bad attack on Monday when I was at work. Struggling with the mental issues at the moment as I was attached to a defibrillator and all I could hear was “start CPR now” . So scared all the time
, sorry to waffle on but don’t know what to do

If you were in an busy A&E (Emergency) ward; you likely heard calls by medical staff on other patients. Hopefully, for yourself, nothing to worry about, and stressing is harmful 😉
Angina is different from HA/MI, non the less worrying, but, I have had a few angina attacks since my MI, and I've known a few "blue lips" in my time. Always a warning; not necessarily now, today, tomorrow, but it's coming (bit like a volcano) but we have limited choice by that point. Collapsed, not a good sign, but I would also be asking about Blood Pressure, a classic "collapser" as always, the advice is ... see a GP
