Salt Intake

One of the factors in heart disease is BP (blood pressure). There was a news item on BBC about the very high levels in Chinese meals. So if you partake regularly try yo limit how often and choose the lower salt options. I do not actually eat Chinese as I have an allergy to the levels of MSG used, having been hospitalised a number of times with chest pains/palpitations/nausea/vomiting.
