ELV and muscle pain

I have just been assessed by CMATS regarding my severe back pain and they are linking it to my heart condition (enlarged left ventricle) suggesting lack of blood flow - has anyone else encountered this and how did you deal with it? They have suggested that I find out what exercise I can go to on the Borg scale

Not a direct parallel to your back pain, but related.

But I’ve often had high, left scapula back pain with angina. I have a hazy memory of reading somewhere it’s more common in women.

I think for me this relates to the circumflex artery, where I have 4 stented. I bet you know....... but the artery that covers the back of the heart.

Massage helps at the time. A heat pad is comforting. Nothing I’ve found really helps that much, and not lastingly. Good luck.... I hope you find some good ideas.

If you do, let us know?
