How much recovery post cardio version for competitive runner 🏃🏻‍♂️

Hello all 👍🏼

New to this site, I wanted to know if anyone can recommend time off from intense racing following successfully cardio version to correct atrial fin just today.

I feel good and plan to take it easy and build up to intense running slowly but am concerned of over doing it and ending back to A-Fib

Any advice appreciated
