I'm 43 yrs old female and since December 2015 , I've had 3 heart attacks second one with stent, I also have had a TIA and now have Graves disease ... I think it's trying to get over it mentally is harder than physically sometimes.

I totally agree, I have been finding It hard mentally, the shock diagnosis was awful and I think because I still outwardly look absolutely fine everyone, including my partner, think all is going to be fine, oh how I wish it was char
