Hi I’ve had a flare up of my psoriasis all down my legs my bottom and my hands. Everyday somewhere a new patch appears. It’s really flakey and I really want to keep it moist all the time. Anybody got any advice? I’ve used one cream that has worked for my psoriasis which is called The orange cream. Can buy from Instagram. It might interest any of you to try

Do u think the vaccine caused a flare?
I am using Epaderm cream and E45 CREAM, the problem is everything gets greasey. You can use Epaderm as a soap in the bath, mix a dollop in the bathwater, making sure you do not slip on it
