I have had psoriasis since age 7. I developed P. Arthritis 10 years ago. I’m on Enbrel but it seems like it less than directive than when I first started. I can’t be active like I want and if I’m in the same position for too long I have trouble moving at all. I have found that paying attention to diet really helped in the past. I’m just too depressed to care lately. Help!! I’m on a serious downward spiral.
