when I go out/on holiday I use Dermablend total body make up on my arms & legs it helps me feel better

I've got it on my hands and try my best to wear very long sleeves 😞

I get it on my legs and when I workout I would wear long pants.  When I would sweat long pants were the worst and would intensify the itching.  Took me a while to transition to shorts as I would feel that people were staring at my legs...still is tough deciding...
