I think my health is very poor at the moment. I have COPD,psoriatic arthritis and psoriasis the weather I think has a lot to do with it but you have to keep going.

My health is fair to poor but I chose fair. My psoriasis is flaring (but not spreading thankfully), my back is giving me problems again, I've had increased migraine and my Raynauds is apparent now we are into winter. I haven't felt 'well' much since the end of September 😔
