Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.
I'm nicole, joined slimming world again for what feels like the hundredth time.... however need to kick it this time as my gynaecologist wants to see my weight dropped in 3 months. So nothing like a kick up the ass to get me started.
It is beneficial to my health mind as I've been diagnosed with pcos and am aware of health benefits that come with reduced weight. X
