New Distractions

By chance I have discovered slow stitching, apparently it has the same effect as Mindfulness., and has the added benefit of a good nights sleep! I am checking it out before spending more money on a hobby but it looks so interesting.

Has anyone tried this?

Morning Chloe, no I’ve never heard of it. During lockdown my nephew plus my friends daughter were both having a baby. So after many years I decided to get my knitting needles out again. I made jackets & blankets & thoroughly enjoyed it. Found it very relaxing.

They have amazing selection of slow stitching on etsy. I can't even knit properly Caza I was taught the slow way around, wool round needle and kit takes so long I give up! I'm glad you find it relaxing , it all helps <3
