It has been one of my best places to come for coping with my grief and I too cannot thank everyone for all they have done. In no small part, it is a tribute to your leadership and kindness that keeps us all together. {{{hugs}}} all round.

It's so lovely to hear from members and friends that we've made here. I'm so proud of the supportive and friendly way you all interact and help each other even though you're all going through such painful times.

Understandably, some members may find it difficult to post, but I do hope they will reach out to us through this post.

I feel like an oldie now chloe but I was shocked and very surprised at being asked to be a volunteer but grateful more than anything so thank you.i have various other pages I access and always point out this group either in pm or general post to let people know about it who are grieving.

although none of us know each other it feels like a family coming together in difficult times and even to share happier memories as well.

Several years for me, can't remember how long exactly.. It is a good place to come and the contributors are always friendly. OK, we get an occasional troll , but not too many. We like to support and help each other.

I am here from the beginning as grief is something that I have experienced since I was a child.

Experienced severe loss 2 years ago (actually 2 in one year) but having my husband supporting me and friends there when it happened really made a difference.

Yes, it's difficult to talk about things.

Just over a year now. It helps to have somewhere to just vent or hold forth over losses old and new. It an outlet. It's also nice when you feel you can offer support to others from a similar position.

I don't always chip in but I try to keep abreast of what's happening.

I started on healthunlocked the liver boards when I was a caregiver for my dad 3 years ago. Found such support on there and was such an outlet for me to vent to others who were going through it too. Then he passed and I found this. Soooo helpful and supportive in one of my hardest times. I pop back in every so often. Maybe I can help someone like so many others helped me.
