I have been incredibly sad lately. Thinking of & missing my dad. Today he would’ve been 65. He should be here. (He passed at 63). Work distracts me and I keep busy because it is too sad. I love you dad forever and I truly believe I will see you again. 💙

Really sorry for your sadness, it has been a tough couple of years for you. You are taking the right course by keeping busy but take time to remember and celebrate your dear Dads birthday and anniversaries.

Thank you! I don’t always post anymore but I read on here when I can. I’ve lost so many people last year.. my dad (cirrhosis), my cousin (car accident), my husbands best friend(work accident), had a miscarriage, my stepbrother(overdose). I can’t do it anymore. Thanks for your support.

Oh Lperica10 how awful for you, this is just too much for anyone to cope with, I'm so very sorry that you have suffered such pain.

You would really benefit from bereavement counselling or ask your doctor to refer you for talking therapy for such complicated grief. Do stay in touch.

Thank you. I did see a therapist but haven’t went in a while. Last time I went she said I seemed fine. (But that doesn’t mean I don’t want to go to her just because I’m managing). Thanks again.

Grief is so painful isn't it? and you have had a lot to deal with this past year, as you say. Sometimes it all feels so very difficult, and unbearable. Please know you are cared for and are not alone.
