Well had months of being happy now woke up really anxious this morning im constantly shaking im sweating finger tips t cOld hearts racing i hate this i get alsorts of feelings and thoughts then my health anxiety kicks in too i hate this 😢😢

Apologies for not getting back to you yesterday. I hope you're feeling a bit better today Nat, anxiety can be so distressing. Try and remember that those thoughts are just that, only thoughts, even though it feels so awful at the time. You'll get through it, I promise.
