I fully intend to continue to be as active as possible. I certainly won't live with family!!

I want a nice quick heart attack after running up a huge hill, probably in my 70s I think 🤔

I know I hope it's over quickly but we just don't know<3

What I've learned is certainly that if we don't put the body under stress at all (ie no exercise) we are unlikely to go fast. If we use our bodies as best we can consistently something is more likely to go pop at some point. I joke about it but that's my preferred exit, preferably with a fabulous view of a lovely valley below 💕😊

I no longer look to the future as I know it can change with a blink of an eye. Just try to live in the moment

A sister says I am a good re-purposer. Maybe that’s not much of a future plan, but that is what I do. Make new stuff out of old stuff. Lately I’ve been working in the garden making creations. Received a compliment yesterday from a neighbor, always nice to hear.

That's great Clarissa2000

Really good to have that skill!

Compliments help of course!
