Feelings of Deja Vu

Hi everyone - hope you are all staying safe and well. I am currently off all medication - have been since beginning of Dec 2019. It seems that since I stopped having periods things have gone into remission. I just want to ask all a question. I had a seizure in 2011 and ever since I have experienced occasionally a strange feeling of Deja Vu. It seems to happen when I am tired, a bit stressed or when I would have been due a period. It starts with a strange feeling that something is going to happen, followed by a feeling of dread, then the physical symptoms - a strange metallic taste in my mouth followed by needing to swallow a lot. The sensation rises through my body and down my arms and then it is over. In total only lasts about thirty seconds. Sometimes it happens whilst I am asleep and it wakes me. Afterwards I feel quite tired and need to sleep. Has anyone experienced this or have any idea what it could be? I presume it is Behcets related, I have mentioned it to my specialists but they weren't overly concerned.

Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply - I remember having a strange episode/dream when I was a kid - never forgotten it. I will have a look at what your doc suggests they may be. I don't get them as much now thank goodness. I do have my triggers - but as they are family I can't really do much about it! If I do find anything I will post. It does seem like it is some sort of memory recall and you react. Thanks again.
