I have Behcets and I am currently taking azathioprine, dapsone, colchicine, and prednisone. But recently I have been getting these sores under my arm pit. They first develop as a pimple and it gets pus in it. I pop them and clean them out with hydrogen peroxide and then put neosporan on them. Any advice on how to treat them and/or deal with the pain?
