Hi I'm 69 female and have chronic slow bowel transit. I take on advice up to 6 Movicol a day and do colonic irrigation but all I get is diarrhoea. The consultant has never discussed foods for this, so can anyone advise me what foods help and what to avoid. Fibre makes it worse. I am so frustrated as I've tried everything. Is there anyone with the same problem who can help me and advise me. Thank you
