CONSTIPATED

I need help, any advice please. I already went to a gastro, nothing works for me. I am being constipated out of the blue for almost 2 months. I eat pretty healthy, drink lots of water and exercise. I eat fiber everyday now since then. Went to the dr and ahe gave me miralax. Did not work. i tried all over the counter and still my bowel is very hard and it hurts. Talked to the de today and she is ordering me a “ analrectaltest” and a half colonoscopy ( never heard about it “half”).

Dont know what to do anymore, it is horrible

I've had a colonoscopy but never heard of a half, have you tried fibogel or movical, I get both from the Dr, you can actually eat too much fibre, this came as a shock to me I knew it could make worse at times but I didn't know that I could be eating too much fibre, I check how much I have now. I hope you find something to help you, I have diverticulitis
