Hi I am on Omeprazole for Acid Reflux but side effect are making me feel sick and my joints ache I have been told Pine nut Oil is good without ony side effects
I also have mild PSC and take Urso which give me indigestion but have cut thes down recently on advice from consultant
Any comments
