Today I got diagnosed with ulcerative proctitis, bulbitis duodenitis (? I'm trying to translate from German), and I also have a very low level of diamine oxidase. I was prescribed Pantoparazole (40mg 30 tabs), Mesalazin (500mg 30tabs), and Telfast 120mg.
This morning I didn't even know these conditions or medications existed, please help me get started on the right foot here, if anyone has advice or recommendations. Any common side effects or anything I should be aware of?
My DAO result is: <2.0 iu/ml (14 - 33)
