OK, so what are the latest treatments for that embarrassing disease of piles or haemorrhoid disease (HD) that are out there?

I personally would want a treatment that is pain free, walk in walk out, does not affect my life in any significant way, is evidence based, FDA-approved, and free of any significant complications? Am I asking for too much? I don't fancy an operation, I've heard injections are not very effective, and banding can lead to complications and can be very painful in some people. HELP?! There must be something out there? I've heard that there is such a treatment, called Ultroid, but does anyone know anything about it?
