Kamagra is generic Viagra imported from manufacturers abroad. However buying any prescription drug on the Internet can be hazardous as there is no real quality control. There is a lot of fake "kamagra" available online which has no active ingredients at all or even contains harmful ingredients. So you really have to be careful.

If the tablets your partner has bought actually contain the active ingredient and he doesn't have erectile dysfunction it just means he'll get a longer lasting erection. Overdo the dose though and he could get a very prolonged erection (called priapism) this can actually cause some real damage as the blood clots in the penis and has to be surgically drained!

So all in all, meds bought without prescription off the Internet are best avoided.

UK online pharmacies do sell real Viagra etc after an online GP consultation, so if he wants to try Viagra they are the safest bet.

If he has worries about ED best he goes and sees his gp.

Hope that helps

Although your partner may not have ED [in that he can have erections] he may be worried that they are not hard enough. Talk to him and - if needed - get him to see his GP. Even go with him!
