Condom keeps rolling up.

So I used a Durex condom when things were getting heated with my GF. I did all the appropriate steps of putting on a condom, a part from that the condom would always roll up for some reason. Does anyone know why this would be. Is the size to small, or to big, or what?

As us guys come in many different shapes and sizes, so do condoms. Condoms coming off, or splitting is usually because it's the wrong fit. If the standard ones feel a little lose, then a closer fit (Durex Close Fit, Pasante Trim, Mates Conform) may be more comfortable. A snug fitting condom can increase sensation.

If a condom is too tight, then a larger size may be appropriate. Some people find the band at the bottom can be a bit tight and uncomfortable.

It's not just about size though. Some condoms have a wider 'bell-end', some are straight up and down. Some are longer some are shorter. Some non-latex condoms don't have the band at the bottom.

Some companies sell sampler packs for larger or smaller condoms. (Google: condom sampler packs), and you can find your best fit. You can then buy most brands cheaply from the NHS run freedoms-shop.nhs.uk.
