I at the beginning of October I had a one night stand and was the diagnosed with chlamydia, which I got treated for, but I noticed the other day a small bump at the bottom of my labia. Would they have tested for genital warts virus when I had my original test or do I need to go back?

There isn't a test for the wart virus, so I'd recommend that you pop back to clinic to let them take a look.
I would go back you never can't be sure of anything. Sometimes some test only test certain STD.
