Anyone else, that I know of, has this problem, and they're penis is absolutely fine. This situation makes me self-concious and worried. Any help?

Dear superman7776,
You don't say how old you are or whether you are circumcised. Also is this a new problem for you? The head of your penis (the glans), is normally quite sensitive. It's where most sensation comes from during sex.
If it has recently become more sensitive it might be because of irritation from a change of soap / shower gel or a skin infection like thrush.
If in doubt pop along to a Sexual health / GUM clinic and get them to check it out.
