I've been off the pill for 3 weeks now, how soon can I get pregnant?

Not to be the barer of bad news but it differs for everyone. It can take up to 1 year for your periods to go back to normal and your body to adjust to not having the added hormones the pill provides but in theory as long as you have regular periods and ovulate in each cycle you have as much chance as anyone. Your best option is to prepare to play the long game, start tracking your periods and test for ovulation regular. Hope this helps!
