It's probably an aft. Nothing to worry about, usually hurts, comes and goes. Hope all's good by now
This looks like a small cyst ( fluid filled space ) . These usually do not need any treatment. I do not know what your gender or sexuality is, if it changes or breaks down and you are a man who has sex with men, consider a syphilis check.
