I had chlamydia and took doxyxyline for 7 days after the 7 days I had pelvic pain on my right side. I went to my gp who prescribed me with ofloxacin and metronidazole for 14 days I completed the treatment. After treatment I had unprotected sex with a long term partner who was treated for chlamydia and had no symptoms after treatment. After having sex I have noticed yellow discharge. I am going for transvaginal scan on monday and I am worried??

I'm not sure what the scan is for - because for PID the only test that is conclusive is laparoscopy ( keyhole camera surgery )
The yellow discharge could be anything, not necessarily chlamydia. You can retest for chlamydia 5 weeks after you finish treatment. ( I would count this from the first week of doxycycline ) You actually had 2 treatments, you only real risk here is if that partner had not taken his treatment correctly or been reinfected.
