RINGWORM HELP!

I've had ringworm for about a month now. I've seen my GP a few times about it and was prescribed dactacort for it. Dactacort did help by clearing most of the infection however my scrotum has been bright red/pink since it happened and it seems like my penis head hasn't improved much either as that's the only part that's still extremely dry I've been using a moisturiser as a shampoo for the past month as well. At the moment I'm on Flucanazole 50mg for a week and it's been 3 days already and i haven't seen much improvement even though it might be too early to see any perhaps. I have no idea what to do next. I am a very active individual and I haven't been able to go to the gym or do anything productive since it happened. I'm not overweight and I shower and brush my teeth everyday as anyone should so I think my hygiene is pretty good. The infection has started spreading to my feet and hands and i don't know how to stop it. At some point it was almost gone when I was on Dactacort however it started to get worse again and Dactacort seemed like it wasn't effecting it anymore. It started getting worse from the inner thighs I've been wearing baggy cotton underwear so my genital area can breathe and don't trap much moisture as I know that that's the perfect Condition for the Fungi to thrive.

Ok yeast infections are massively overdiagnosed. If it isn't responding to antifungals, good chance is it isn't that. Can you supply a pic please.
