Hiv test required or not

Hello Friends.

I have friend I have check my blood test my lymphocyte is 18 in the range of 20-40 % and my neutrophillis is 73 % range is 40- 80 % does this show it is a sign of HIV or other diseases.

I have done sex with unknown partner in last 3 weeks

please help me.

Your lymphocyte count doesn't tell you usually about HIV infection. Those blood parameters look normal. If you are concerned, you should do a HIV and syphilis test , possibly hep B depending on where in the world you are , at least 4 weeks from the sex. You cant rely on other surrogate markers like full blood counts to rule out HIV or other infections.

I have check for jaundice but the blood results shows there little bit higher than the blood count. Does I need for a check for hiv .

Im sorry I don't understand what you mean. Regardless of ANY other blood results, they do not rule out HIV infection. The only test which is definitive is a HIV test, 4 weeks after possible exposure ( a 4 th generation HIV test , which includes P24 antigen )
