Foam/froth on penis

When I masturbate I get a foam/froth substance that appears out of no where on my penis and i don’t know why it keeps happening any ideas rather worried ?

Oh dear; there is no need to worry. When you get sexually excited a clear slippery liquid comes out of the penis [whether you notice it or not] and as you masturbate it gets whipped up to a froth. Many of us get that. Simply make sure that you wash your penis well to keep it clean
