I have been taking the pill back to back for 2 months but it started causing me very bad cramps so I stopped the pill a week erly should I start the pill again in a week . Help please!

If you have taken 2 packs together ( cycled ) the pill and now had one week off ( when presumably you would have a bleed ) then you should restart after the pill free week to remained protected from pregnancy.
