My man has suffered from ED forever, even 20 years ago when he was barely 20 years old. Since we have reconnected two decades later, he flips a switch on me at any given moment. Yes even during sex... I know that he had deep seated insecurities, but when he blames me or accuses me of not letting him in.... like it hurts me deeply. Most over the counter stuff doesn’t work for him. Viagra is super expensive, no health insurance. I’ve assured him I’m more than satisfied and I feel so inadequate that I’ve only made him cum twice in a year. Any advice is welcome. I want nothing more than to make my man cum!!! He says when he gets close to ejaculation it’s either do it and have a heart attack or stop. He says his heart feels like it will explode so much that it stops him. Even if it’s oral and he doesn’t have to over do anything physically, same deal.

I've had ED for a long time myself. I can understand your man's frustrations. I imagine he feels less of a man and that he is letting you down. It sounds like you are already trying to work around the problem by giving him oral and using your hand, neither of which require a firm erection. Despite this, he is now having problems cumming too.

It's difficult to know how much of this is physical and how much is psychological. It's worth trying to fix the physical side though.

You mention that Viagra is expensive. There are generic versions available containing the same drug - Sildenafil. These are almost as good and a fraction of the price. Be careful to get it from a reputable source though as there are a lot of fakes on the internet.

The other thought I had was that it would be worth him getting his testosterone levels checked. If these are low, replacement therapy would be the way to go.
