Contast tingling around mouth. no other symptoms. Causes?

Hello all. For the past few weeks I have been experiencing tingling around my mouth. About a year ago I had really bad body tingling (Mostly in penis) that eventually went away. I got STD/Hepres test in Dec 2018 (also in March 2018) and all were negative. No cold sores/ fevers.

Before mouth tingling started one morning my mouth was felt swollen, sore and EXTREMELY dry lips. After that day my mouth area has been experiencing tingling.Anybody know what this may be ? I plan on getting another round of STD/Herpes testing soon but believe it may be something other than that since no symptoms have appeared other than tingling. I also am in a relationship and my partner has not experienced anything throughout this entire time.

Had the same thing. Found out my girlfriend was colonized with a fungus. She was asymptomatic but I was allergic to it. We had to undergo antifungal treatment with a pill for four weeks. No recurrence of my symptoms after treatment.
