Is this mild herpes?

Hi i noticed these spota on the 18th of December and they were healed pretty much by the 23rd or 24th. I notices that morning when i used the restroom, there was very litte irritation and the seemed to be open after i showered. I didnt experience any blister stages so im confused, and it healed pretty fast. Was my skin irritated( i had sex and masturbated a couple of times the day before) or is this a mild case of herpes. Please help me out, thanks in advance.

Unlikely especially if the spots do not fill up with liquid and eventually burst.
