Anyone know what this is? Dark red oozing penile lesion

It appeared a few days ago. It's not painful but it does has a slight itch occasionally but almost non existent. It's dark red, shiny and always wet—I can put a tissue on it and soak up a clear liquid. Liquid has no smell. I couldn't find anything online that looked like this. Any help would be much appreciated.

And yes, I plan to get it tested, so please no "see a clinic" recommends. Just if anyone has any idea what it may be that would be helpful.

It could be syphilis I'm afraid as that has painless lesions. You know the course of action to take. It's fairly simple to cure with antibiotics

I ended up testing negative for HIV and Syphilis as well as all STDs. Still wondering I thought it was syphilis as well.
